I am blessed with a lifelong love for a good Quarter Horse, no matter the discipline. I was raised in the country by hard-working parents who gifted me with horses and calves that became my best buddies. Because of this, I learned the importance of dedication and a strong work ethic.

At Schroeder Ranch, I partnered in the business of breeding and raising champion cow horses, reining horses, all around western Quarter Horses, and rope horses. The legendary stallion, Blazing Hot, was bred, trained and owned until his passing in May 2019. Throughout his life, I managed a successful breeding and marketing campaign for Blazing Hot. As of July 2020, he is the sire of close to 2,000 foals with earnings that are ready to hit the $4 Million mark. All of this was accomplished within a trainer’s budget.

It was such an honor to be the first female to win the Jr. Western Pleasure at an AQHA World Show, I was inspired to seek knowledge from the best and to step into all arenas with confidence. This led me to manage top stallions from several disciplines from well-known Quarter Horse breeders in our business. Since 2012, I have directed, marketed and improved the health and status of many significant stallions.

As an AQHA Life Member, I was proudly appointed as a Texas Director in 2011. I was assigned to the illustrious Stud Book & Registration Committee, chosen to testify as an expert witness in the Federal Court cloning case and have served on numerous committees for decades. I believe I was chosen for these strong tasks due to my dedication and leadership in the breed. I work closely with Executive Directors from numerous associations, as well as the AQHA Executive Committee to create improvement and health within the AQHA headquarters as well as the industry.

Recently I have partnered with Victoria Lambert to start Champion Horse Sales. It has been our vision to create an online auction platform where buyers can find their next champion!  We are dedicated to providing both the buyer and the seller with a great online buying and selling experience. We are proud of the team we have put together to handle your sale horse needs and have expanded our service in July of 2020 to include LIVE Online auctions.
